HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

The CCF Technical Support & Warehouse Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, external customers, and stakeholders. This role involves providing exceptional service, delivering training, offering technical expertise, and supporting various departments within the organization. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with repair materials, managing inventory, and facilitating order entry.

 

THE DETAILS 

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Capture orders in SAP and assist with order processing.

  • Evaluate returned products and verify claims.

  • Diagnose and repair specialized electric equipment.

  • Offer technical repair services and support for all CCF product lines.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive customer support.

  • Develop, modify, and improve repair procedures.

  • Pick and pack outgoing orders and process them through SAP.

  • Receive and manage incoming product shipments.

  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and monitor inventory levels.

  • Maintain repair parts inventory and track usage.

  • Assist in the development and updating of service manuals.

  • Represent the company at tradeshows and participate in sales calls.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • High school diploma required.

  • 1-3 years of technical experience with strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and proficiency in computer and telephone usage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of ethics, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to learn and master new technologies quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Creative thinking and collaborative mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP preferred.

  • Willingness to occasionally travel domestically as required.

 

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington, Colorado, Nevada, California, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, Oregon Tool is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Oregon Tool, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $47,900 - $69,400.
