HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales to existing and potential customers with emphasis on increasing sales revenue and enhancing customer service. 

 

THE DETAILS:

  • Initiate outbound telephone sales calls to existing and potential customers to influence and advise orders necessary to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase customer satisfaction and sales revenue.
  • Independently develop call plans and record call outcomes utilizing CRM system.
  • Promptly qualify, follow-up, and track sales leads.
  • Research and troubleshoot customers’ needs in a prompt manner and has authority to handle atypical and unusual situations.
  • Assesses customer’s needs and provide appropriate method of support and communication to the necessary parties involved.
  • Uses personalized communication techniques in responding to or dealing with customers.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, Distribution, and all departments to insure and maintain great customer service.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: 

  • Associates' or Bachelors’ Degree in business preferred.
  • Prior sales and or customer service experience is required. Minimum of 1 year.
  • Ability to focus on and obtain timely results.
  • Demonstrates positive example and commitment to company values.
  • High level of phone and email contact with customers and other employees.
  • Organizational ability with self-directed work habits.
  • Position requires an extensive desire to please customers.  The ability to interact with the customer in an honest, positive, and professional manner is imperative to the success of the department and the company.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using electronics spreadsheet, database, word processing and graphical presentation software using the Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point).  Ability to learn CRM and other company specific programs.
