HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for the development of marketing content across various mediums for the Farm, Ranch and Agriculture (FRAG) business segment.  This role will be a contributor to the development of marketing content strategies and be responsible for executing against those plans.

 

THE DETAILS:

  • Develop and execute content strategy, including a content calendar and creation across digital, social, eCommerce, and print channels
  • Produce and manage content such as web pages, blogs, email campaigns, product videos/photos, social posts, sales collateral, and media materials
  • Support channel partners with marketing assets and POS materials
  • Tailor content to target audiences, aligning with brand voice and positioning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content supports brand and product goals
  • Highlight product advantages from launch through lifecycle in marketing assets
  • Proof all content for accuracy and brand consistency
  • Manage email contact lists for users, dealers, media, and internal teams
  • Lead content strategy and development for trade and industry events

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or another related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in journalism, communications, marketing or related fields
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Skilled in creating content for digital platforms and staying current with digital trends
  • Quick to grasp technical topics and translate them for niche audiences
  • Analytical problem-solver with sound decision-making skills
  • Creative thinker with initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborative team player, including in remote settings
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a commitment to learning
  • Goal-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Available to work on site as required by job; eligible for domestic travel several times per year

 

At Oregon Tool, we provide a reasonable, good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this role of $64,000 to $78,000. Final offers are based on various factors such as experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity. This range may vary based on geographic location where the position is filled, and most new hires are not typically hired at the top of the range.
