Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for completing the electrical design during the development process of non-standard automated equipment, designing and drawing electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, electrical control cabinets, layout diagrams, and writing PLC programs.

2. Estimate the design and manufacturing costs of the electrical part of non-standard equipment and be responsible for the selection of electrical components.

3. Provide electrical requirements for the mechanical design of non-standard automated equipment.

4. Be responsible for on-site electrical wiring, installation and commissioning during the automation development process of production lines/equipment.

5. Be responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of the electrical part during the operation of the equipment

6. Sort out spare parts to ensure they are sufficient, improve equipment maintenance efficiency, and guarantee production delivery.

7. Be responsible for analyzing and solving problems such as defects and malfunctions that occur during the use of production equipment, and carry out upgrades and renovations to ensure the normal operation of the equipment

Job Requirements

1.Have more than 5 years of experience in non-standard automation, equipment circuit design and electronic production processes;

2. Be familiar with the circuit design of the electronic control system and proficient in using relevant design software;

3. It is necessary to be familiar with and proficient in programming PLCS and touch screens from Mitsubishi, Siemens and Rockwell

4. Proficient in the working principles of various sensors, valves and other components;

5. Proficient in sensor transmission, stepper servo, variable frequency speed regulation, hydraulic and pneumatic programmable controllers, human-machine touch screens, industrial control communication, automation structures, computer applications, etc.

6. Working experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.
