Job responsibilities (listed in order of importance) :

1.  Social Media Content Support : Liaise with external agencies to draft, refine, and post content across key social platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and the overall marketing plan. Track platform trends and apply best  practices to steadily reach and engagement.
2. Campaigns & Events Support : Provide coordination support for digital campaigns and assist with preparation and on-site needs for offline events.
3. Marketing Collaterals Development Support: Develop and update marketing collateral - such as catalogues, posters, banners and related visual materials, souvenirs - ensuring consistency with corporate branding standards.
4. Stakeholder Coordination & Project Execution:  Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep deliverables moving, to execute and drive internal workflows end-to-end to complete on schedule. Support event execution and continuously improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
5. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications/requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Prior experience with B2B social media is required; exposure to e-commerce operations is a plus.
2. Proficient with graphic/video editing tools and Microsoft Office (or equivalent productivity suite).
3. Strong English/Chinese reading and writing skills.
4. Detail-oriented and able to deliver work efficiently under time constraints.
5. Self-motivated, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel.
