Production Team Member

THE ROLE:
- Temporary seasonal Production Team Member (up to 3 months).
- Pay starting at $24.00/hour.
- Shift premium on Afternoon shift.
- Operation of equipment or roles to support the production of chainsaw components, including Saw Chain and Guide Bars.
- Start date ASAP.
THE DETAILS:
- Safely operate equipment to meet production requirements and targets.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve equipment and process issues.
- Use tools for accurate measuring to ensure product quality.
- Participate in all quality, safety, and 5S activities.
- Enter production data into computer applications.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Successful completion of a high-school diploma is required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Previous experience as a machine operator is an asset.
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs.
- Basic writing and math skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Individuals with a safety and quality-first mindset.
- Engaged and committed to supporting production needs and supporting a positive and respectful workplace culture.
