For the Finish Market, we are looking for a Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for implementing the commercial policy and developing the brand in the country with a primary focus on Harvester Dealers Channel.
- Achieve, sales, profitability and distribution targets.
- analyze and manage the geographical area
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and relationship-building.
- Open new dealer accounts
- Report market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Forestry, Lawn and Garden business.
- Weekly reporting on visits and activities
- Regular customer visits to maximize sales opportunities
The position reports to the Sales Manager Finland and Baltics
The Profile
- Harvester Dealers business knowledge and experience is a must
- Minimum 5 years territory sales experience
- Excellent organizational, questioning and time management skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Highly Self-motivated and disciplined
- Confident in building and delivering presentations to independent customers
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
- New Account opening skills
- Finish speaking, good knowledge of English (written/spoken) is an asset
- Ability and willingness to extensively travel
