HIGHLIGHTS:
Hourly Rate: $17,44/hr plus $1/hr shift differential when working 2nd shift hours
Shift: 2nd Shift (Tuesday-Friday)(330pm-2am)

THE DETAILS
Consolidate Orders for Shipment: Ensure accuracy and completeness by consolidating picked orders from multiple zones before moving them to the shipping dock (80% of role).
Special Projects and Requests: Assist with various tasks in shipping, auditing, consolidation, or hand-picking as needed to support daily operations (20% of role).
Leadership Support and Training: Seek guidance from leadership as needed and support team growth by training new or existing team members in consolidation and other shipping areas.
Communication and Workflow Coordination: Maintain open communication with previous and upcoming shifts to ensure consistent workflow, and document tasks as required.
Safety and 5S Compliance: Regularly clean work areas, identify and report hazards, and adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and required PPE use.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Problem Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to find relevant information, assess its importance, and make well-informed decisions.
Communication and Teamwork: Effective in both written and oral communication, able to work collaboratively with global teams and express ideas clearly in technical and non-technical terms.
Personal Integrity and Initiative: Sets a positive example of integrity; demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and improvement, actively seeking development opportunities.
Goal-Oriented and Follow-Through: Capable of translating goals into actionable steps and consistently following through to achieve objectives.
