For the Polish Market-South, we are looking for a Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for implementing the commercial policy and developing the brand in the country
As a true ambassador for the products and the company, the sales activities will include:
- Analyze and manage the defined geographical area
- Sell to, develop and retain the customer base. Achieve, sales, profitability and distribution targets.
- Ensuring the brand's presence and development across all channels
- Training and advising the customers on products
- Support Dealers/Mass Merchant and Franchiser
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and relationship-building.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Regularly communicate necessary information relating to business management (competitive intelligence). Report market trends and competitor activity
-Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Forestry, Lawn and Garden business.
-Weekly reporting on visits and activities
-Regular customer visits to maximize sales opportunities
The position reports to the Country Sales Manager Poland
The Profile
- Dealers/Mass Merchant or Franchiser business knowledge and experience are a must
- Minimum 5 years territory sales experience
- Excellent organizational, questioning and time management skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Highly Self-motivated and disciplined
- Confident in building and delivering presentations to independent customers
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
- New Account opening skills
- Polish speaking, knowledge of English (written/spoken) is an asset
