Maintenance Tech III 2nd shift Mon-Thurs 1:30pm-12:00am

BUSINESS CONTRIBUTION: 

Under minimal supervision, responsibilities include the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment and property. Will be responsible for the maintenance and set-up and repair of selected equipment and property. Will train others.  Meets company quality standards.

 

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBIILITES:

Performs janitorial plumbing repairs electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair. Troubleshoots and corrects complex problems on equipment and property. Follows preventative maintenance schedule.

 

Performs minor welding and general fabrication.

 

May clean, repair and adjust the air handling system.

 

May maintain and test the sprinkler and fire alarm systems.

 

Performs general carpentry work including painting and refinishing doors and other surfaces, replacing windowpanes and locks.

 

Rigs machinery and equipment for movement.

 

Performs all required maintenance activities for CNC equipment.

 

Performs Maintenance I and II responsibilities.

 

Trains other maintenance personnel.

 

Performs all operations according to prescribed safety principles.

 

Keeps work area clean.

 

Performs other duties as assigned.
