HIGHLIGHTS:
Hourly Rate: $22.60/HR - $26.00/HR
Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30am-3pm
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Under limited supervision, the Welder welds components together in a production environment.
THE DETAILS:
- Perform high‑quality welds in flat, vertical, and horizontal positions while following specifications, prints, and weld symbols.
- Set up, operate, and adjust various welding machines to meet standards, identifying and correcting weld defects independently.
- Weld steel and alloy components across multiple product lines using MIG/GMAW processes while maintaining accuracy and fixture condition.
- Meet productivity goals, promote quality improvements, and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- High school diploma/GED with at least one year of welding experience, technical training, or certification.
- Required to pass Welder I level internal weld test
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and technical documents; strong communication across all production areas.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, PPE use, clean work practices, and adherence to procedures.
- Proven ability to learn, cross‑train, and adapt while delivering professional, high‑quality results.
