HIGHLIGHTS:

Hourly Rate: $22.10 - $24.50

Shift: 1st Shift 

  • Monday - Thursday 
  • 5am - 330pm

 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Under limited supervision, welds components together in a production environment.

 

DUTIES

  • Perform high‑quality welds in flat, vertical, and horizontal positions while following specifications, prints, and weld symbols.
  • Set up, operate, and adjust various welding machines to meet standards, identifying and correcting weld defects independently.
  • Weld steel and alloy components across multiple product lines using MIG/GMAW processes while maintaining accuracy and fixture condition.
  • Meet productivity goals, promote quality improvements, and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma/GED with at least one year of welding experience, technical training, or certification.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and technical documents; strong communication across all production areas.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, PPE use, clean work practices, and adherence to procedures.
  • Proven ability to learn, cross‑train, and adapt while delivering professional, high‑quality results.

 

AVAILABILITY

  • Monday - Thursday
  • 5am-330p (4/10hr days)
