HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

The Global Sourcing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, tracking and monitoring sourcing and purchasing data.  This position will help support data oriented decision-making process for the global sourcing team.  Through continuous improvement, this role will be key to support transparency and optimization of data to execute corporate objectives.

THE DETAILS:

Drive Sourcing Analytics

  • Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data

  • Analyze date to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements

  • Improve data collection

  • Support supply chain optimization projects

Key Performance Indicator Tracking

  • Develop and Sustain KPIs

  •  Optimize the communication of each KPI 

  • Support KPI analysis and action plans

Communication and Documentation

  • Analyze and update

  • Create documentation and standard work instructions

  • Prepare daily analysis

  • Maintain open communication

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or supply chain management preferred

  • Master’s degree in business administration, finance, supply chain a plus

  • 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain role

  • 1-3 years working in a global organization

  • SAP/BI and Excel knowledge mandatory

  • APICS and/or IBF affiliation/certification preferred

 

AVAILABILITY 

Available to work on site as required by job; eligible for domestic and international travel as may be required, up to two weeks duration

 

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington, Colorado, Nevada, California, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, Oregon Tool is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Oregon Tool, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00.
