HIGHLIGHTS:

Hourly Rate: $19.62/hr

Shift: Swing Shift (4pm-12am) must be willing to train on day shift for the first month of employment

 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Perform various entry level activities in ICS Chain Assembly to produce high quality products for our customers.

THE DETAILS

  • Assemble presets
  • Wash parts
  • Assemble chain chassis (strands)
  • Loop, join and package chain
  • Assemble & disassemble diamond segment frames
  • Package small parts per job order
  • Verify components to be used for job order
  • Perform basic visual quality checks
  • Identify quality deviations   
  • Identify proper label placement and forming/closing/taping of shippers
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow standard work or process documentation
  • Know how to place product on hold per instruction
  • Assist in processing scrap
  • Assist in quality repair
  • Participate in department process, procedure and team member training

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months experience operating production machinery preferred but not required
  • History of good work performance preferred. Previous ICS experience a plus
  • ICS product knowledge a plus. Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

 

 

AVAILABILITY:

  • Available to work on site as required by job
