HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various operations in parts processing to create high quality products for our customers.

 

THE DETAILS

  • Safely and efficiently perform set-ups and operation of department equipment
  • Maintain efficient production flow
  • Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance of machinery and equipment
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and yearly PM’s
  • Use variable measuring instruments
  • Operate computer systems to input production, test data, scrap, and report labor and production
  • Insure a clean work area
  • Assist others in housekeeping duties
  • Remove waste shot drums and Water Centrifuge, as needed, and remove mass finish waste with forklift, as needed
  • Clean Tooling in Part Cleaner Tank
  • Identify When to Call Machine Maintenance
  • Replace tooling when needed filters, screens, pumps, blow outs, blow downs, etc. under the direction of a maintenance professional or MS III Parts Processor

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

  • High school diploma required
  • Able to read, write, and speak English effectively in order to complete the recommended training
  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus
  • Job is physical, must be able to push, pull, move 50-100 pounds
  • Will be required to wear safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and safety shoes
  • Experienced in following safety procedures, work rules, and policies.
  • Have the ability to obtain a forklift license
