HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Senior Graphic Designer translates creative strategy into design concepts for the creation of brand assets to support global Brand, Marketing, and Sales initiatives. They are a multi-functional creative professional with design experience across packaging, print, and digital applications. Translate design concepts into final production-ready assets. Ensure designs align with established brand standards and visual identities.

 

THE DETAILS:
•    Develop graphic design concepts that meet communication objectives
•    Translate creative strategy into graphic design concepts and present the following to internal clients:
           o Global packaging and point-of-purchase materials for dealer and retail channels
              Digital assets and campaigns to support product launches
           o Marketing collateral, Sales presentations, and tradeshows to support Sales 
           o Product co-branding, packaging, and e-commerce assets for OEM customers
           o Provide additional support including photography and illustrations, publishing and archiving deliverables
•    Track project timelines, update team members, proof and execute artwork
•    Stay up to date with design trends to elevate designs on software to maximize efficiency

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
•    7+ years of professional experience in graphic design
•    Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
•    Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•    Experience with data management software; SAP preferred
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
•    Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

 

Availability: Available to work on site as required by job and eligible for domestic and international travel, as required by job.

 

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington, Colorado, Nevada, California, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, Oregon Tool is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Oregon Tool, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 to $95,000.
