HIGHLIGHTS:

 

Hourly Rate: $21/hr - $23/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7am - 330pm

 

 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Responsible for performing various operations in parts processing to create high quality products for our customers.

 

THE DETAILS

Keep production running at peak efficiency: Build and stage assembly kits, manage material flow, and ensure accurate picking, receiving, and SAP inventory movements while supporting sub-assembly, bandsaw, CNC, and powder coat operations.

Own equipment, upkeep, and workplace standards: Perform preventive maintenance, light repairs, and troubleshooting; identify when to escalate issues; operate forklifts safely; and maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing work environment.

Champion safety, quality, and accurate documentation: Ensure full compliance with OSHA and safety standards, interpret and follow quality documentation, complete process checks and reporting, and accurately capture production, scrap, and labor data in system tools.

Drive teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement: Collaborate across shifts and departments, participate in training and team meetings, support maintenance and process improvements, and help develop team capability through knowledge sharing and hands-on support.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong foundational readiness: High school diploma required with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; prior manufacturing or related experience preferred with a solid track record of performance and safety compliance.

Hands-on technical capability: Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes, mechanical aptitude, and basic math skills; ability to quickly learn new tasks and obtain forklift certification.

Dependable problem-solver with precision: Recognized for delivering high-quality work on time, using analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues, make informed decisions, and continuously improve performance.

Collaborative, adaptable, and growth-driven: Team-oriented professional with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; committed to learning, sharing knowledge, and driving results with integrity and accountability.

 

AVAILABILITY

Available to work onsite at our Prescott, AZ location.  Typical hours will be Monday – Friday from 7am – 330pm with the opportunity to work overtime as business demands.
