Job responsibilities 

1.Sales & Market Development

  • Achieve annual sales, margin, and market share targets for saw chain and guide bars across Indonesia (70%) and the Philippines (30%)
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with APAC strategy
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities in forestry, logging, plantation, arborist cutting applications
  • Drive product mix optimization

2.Distributor & Channel Management

  • Manage and develop appointed distributors & dealers, ensuring full alignment with Oregon Tool policies and objectives
  • Conduct regular business reviews covering sales performance, inventory levels, forecasts, and market intelligence
  • Ensure effective execution of pricing, promotions, POS programs, and brand standards
  • Support distributor sales teams through joint calls, training, product demonstrations, and field support

3.Key Account & End-User Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with key forestry companies, contractors, government bodies, and large end users
  • Support major tenders, project-based sales, and wholesale opportunities
  • Act as the technical and commercial link between end users, distributors, and internal teams

4.Product, Training & Marketing Support

  • Deliver product and application training on saw chain and guide bars to distributor sales teams and key customers
  • Support new product launches, trade events, demos, and forestry field trips and events
  • Gather and share market feedback, competitive insights, and application trends with regional and global teams

5.Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and territory reports
  • Monitor inventory health, stock turns, and demand planning to avoid overstock or shortages
  • Ensure compliance with commercial policies, contracts, and ethical business standards

Qualifications/requirements (education background, work experience, professional knowledge & skills, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales & business development experience in forestry, outdoor power equipment, industrial tools, or related sectors
  • Proven experience managing distributors or indirect sales channels in Southeast Asia
  • Experience working across Indonesia and the Philippines is strongly preferred
