Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supplier and Part Qualification
2. Supplier and Part Quality Sustainment
3. Quality Continuous Improvement
4.Project Management

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in a related technical field required

Skills/Abilities：
1. At least 8 years quality experience with 5 years SQE role.
2. English can be the work language.
3. Has training in basic lean principles and concepts
4. Understands key business drivers, uses this understanding to accomplish own work
5. Trained in Lean Six Sigma concepts/tools
6. Has limited understanding of general business principles
7. Mechanical background in consumer products including work with zinc and aluminum die-casting, plastic injection molding, metal fabrication/stamping, finish evaluations (powder coating, wet painting & plating)
8. Production part approval process (PPAP) knowledge
9. Quality tools experience (PFMEA, Gauge R&R, SPC, process capability analysis, Problem Solving Tools, etc.)
10. Experience with ISO 9001 / TS-16949
11. Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, professional and quality manner
12. Use existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
13. Effective written and oral communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms
14. Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed
15. Takes initiative, seeks and acts on opportunities to improve organization performance
16. Ability to translate specific goals into action and follow through to achieve goals
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred)
18. Available to work on site as required by job
19. Eligible for domestic and international travel
