HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
The ICS Regional Sales Manager will develop an assigned geographical market by growing and managing customers in the ICS Diamond Tools & Equipment Dealer/Distributor/Professional Market Segments. The primary responsibility is to drive customer demand and maximize product utilization of ICS Diamond Tools and Equipment effectively and efficiently through demonstrations, training, promotions, service, technical support, local open houses, and trade shows where required and appropriate.

THE DETAILS:

Develop Dealer/Distributor/Professional Sawing and Drilling Contractors Geographical Market by Growing and Managing Customers and Sales

Drive customer demand through active product demonstrations & PK training and maximize product utilization of ICS Diamond Tools and Equipment
Develop strong customer relationships through promotions, demonstrations, training, service, and technical support
Develop new customers to align with market potential
Grow existing customers to achieve financial targets of unit volume and sales
Manage expenses to ensure return on investment meets business unit objectives
Manage customer payment activity and credit worthiness in cooperation with Credit Department

Communication and Documentation

Communicate in both formal and informal formats and settings openly and candidly
Document field activities to the organization on a weekly basis

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma or GED equivalent, BS/BA in Business or Marketing preferred
French language proficiency preferred
5-10 years of experience that includes a balance of the following:
Contractor field sales
Construction supply sales
Construction supply management
Manufacturing sales within the construction industry
Mechanical aptitude and operational confidence to service mechanized equipment
Superior construction market knowledge and comprehension
Manipulate and demonstrate products effectively and comfortably in audience settings both on/off location
Self-motivated and effective working in an unsupervised environment
Proficient in planning, time management, scheduling, and organizing start and finish tasks within targeted deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication using technical and non-technical terms

The Supply Chain Quality Engineer I plans and leads activities concerning quality planning and quality assurance of manufacturing processes, design qualification, materials, sourced products and projects. Key responsibilities include applying engineering disciplines to support design, development, implementation and operation activities; evaluating and improving processes for product development, testing and production; assessing vendors and assisting in their development of components, assemblies, etc. In addition, this role leads audits, process capability studies and validates quality assurance tool competencies. This position works closely with suppliers and business units to create, enact and monitor necessary ongoing audit, testing and inspection data to assure that ongoing production meets Oregon Tool’s business unit requirements

THE DETAILS

Lead supplier and part qualification activities, including onsite QMS and EHS&S supplier assessments and PPAP approvals, ensuring products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Partner with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to develop test plans, support design reviews, and enforce quality rigor throughout product development.
Drive supplier quality sustainment by reducing Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), managing MRB activities, and leading corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Champion continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing quality processes, supporting supplier scorecards and certifications, and leading special quality projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or quality engineering within consumer products or industrial environments.
Strong working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including PFMEA, SPC, Gauge R&R, process capability analysis, and CAPA; Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.
Hands‑on experience with ISO 9001 / TS‑16949 quality systems; Quality Engineer or ASQ certification and Lead Auditor experience preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across globally dispersed teams and drive results using data‑driven decision making.

The Corporate Accountant assists in various accounting and recordkeeping duties and in the preparation and distribution of financial statements in an accurate and timely manner. Under limited supervision, responsibilities include product line production scheduling, releasing purchase orders to suppliers for assigned SKUs, creating and releasing production orders to manufacturing, rescheduling orders, expedite orders from suppliers and manufacturing departments as needed. Fuel Change & Growth: Support ECOs, new product launches, special projects, and issue resolution (returns, discrepancies, rejections) with speed, precision, and clear communication across internal teams and external partners.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Supply Chain Savvy: 3+ years of planning, procurement, or supply chain experience, backed by a two‑ or four‑year degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent hands‑on expertise. APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a strong plus.
Data‑Driven & Tech‑Enabled: Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to analyze and present data, with experience navigating ERP systems such as SAP to manage inventory, planning, and procurement activities.

The purpose of this position is to assist in the preparation and review of domestic compliance, the global consolidated provision, and various tax projects as assigned by the Tax and Treasury Manager. The Senior Tax Accountant will work closely with other professionals within Oregon Tool and outside the organization.

DUTIES

Prepare and review consolidated federal and state income tax workpapers, including book‑to‑tax differences, consolidating workpapers, state apportionment, extensions, estimates, and domestic and foreign tax provision support.
Support compliance for domestic and international entities, including preparation of support workpapers for Forms 5471 and 8858, assistance with federal and state returns prepared by external service providers, and review of foreign tax provision workpapers.
Assist with tax projects and reporting activities, including sales and use tax data summaries, cash tax reporting for international units, audit support, amended return preparation, and maintenance of tax‑related general ledger reconciliations.
Perform tax research and maintain clear documentation and communication, gathering authoritative guidance to support tax positions and ensuring effective collaboration through formal and informal communication channels.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Tax Knowledge & Experience: 5+ years of corporate tax experience in complex, multistate environments, including ASC 740, with demonstrated growth in responsibility and exposure to U.S. taxation of international operations.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, experience reviewing accounting workpapers, strong understanding of tax statutory and regulatory frameworks, and familiarity with SAP and OneSource Tax Provision preferred.

The primary responsibility is to drive customer demand and maximize product utilization of ICS Diamond Tools and Equipment effectively and efficiently through demonstrations, training, promotions, service, technical support, local open houses, and trade shows where required and appropriate.

Primary Responsibilities

1. OEM Sales Strategy & Growth Leadership

Own and execute the OEM sales strategy for China, aligned with global OEM, product, and profitability objectives.
Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and margin performance across assigned OEM accounts.
Develop and manage multi‑year OEM account strategies, including volume forecasts, platform wins, and lifecycle planning.
Identify underserved OEM segments and emerging customers; define strategies to secure incremental and strategic business.

2. Key Account Leadership & Customer Engagement

Serve as the executive‑level relationship owner for strategic OEM accounts in China.
Build deep relationships across multiple levels of OEM organizations, including executive leadership, engineering, procurement, quality, and operations.
Lead structured engagement models including QBRs, joint business plans, executive reviews, and long‑term collaboration roadmaps.
Act as the senior escalation point for commercial, operational, and quality‑related issues.

Als Leiter Newsletter / CRM bist Du verantwortlich für alle proaktiven digitalen Kommunikationskanäle, mit denen wir unsere Kunden erreichen.

Supply Planner (Mont-Saint-Guibert, Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium)

The successful candidate will develop, execute, maintain, and report on detailed inventory, purchase, and delivery plans for all products, manufactured or externally procured, that are included in his/her portfolio. Other key responsibilities include analyzing data and making recommendations to achieve profitability, customer service, and inventory levels objectives. This position will rotate between the three different planning disciplines: manufacturing planning, external procurement, and inter-company procurement.

Reports to: Supply Planning Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Optimize inventory ensuring the right quantity of the right product is at the right location at the right time to drive high service levels

Communicate availability information and resolve issues with suppliers and customers
Maintain data integrity for planning/purchasing MRP elements to facilitate exception-based planning activities
Create and maintain purchase orders, and production orders
Actively contribute to the SIOP process and review and execute on operations plan taking constraints into consideration
Set up master data for materials via CMA process including MRP data, info records, source lists, etc.
Provide supply/inventory status and projection
Use existing, or develop new, tools to identify supply risks and suggest mitigation actions
Support Product Health activities and align inventory strategies to the products life cycle
Track and deep dive on KPIs including OTIF, Overstock, Past Due, Inventory days, etc.
Work closely with the Sourcing/Procurement, Warehouse, Customer Service, Product Marketing/Category Management, and local Managing Director to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer orders
Initiate, organize, and participate in continuous improvement activities
Identify opportunities for improvement in the document control process and participate in department or company training activities
Follow up on past due elements
Participate in self-development activities and related classes

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, with focus in supply chain, preferred

Knowledge & Experience:

Established knowledge of industry and customers and understanding of the B2B and B2C markets, and respective requirements
SAP Planning (MM/PP) experience preferred
APICS certifications and/or coursework in planning, scheduling, inventory management, inventory control, Lean, Six Sigma, and theory of constraints, preferred

Skills/Abilities:

Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, professional, and quality manner
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Fluent in English. Any other European language is an asset
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Tooling Design Engineer (Portland, OR, United States)

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

This position will focus on designing a broad range of tooling including progressive dies, molds, fine blank dies, and supporting components. Design jigs and fixtures for production or experimental use. Study specifications and confers with engineering and shop personnel to resolve design problems related to material characteristics, dimensional tolerances, service requirements, manufacturing procedures, and costs of tooling. Support Engineers III-IV on significant projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

B.S. in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
5 years of experience in Design and background in Build, Blanking and using progressive tooling.
Current with die/mold maintenance procedures and practices
Conceptual understanding of the design of manufacturing equipment or other machine tools very helpful
Solid understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
Performs research and incorporates innovative uses of technology
Develops new tooling designs or major design upgrades for various types of tooling
Demonstrated mastery of the following:

At Oregon Tool, we provide a reasonable, good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this role of $90,000 to $104,000. Final offers are based on various factors such as experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity. This range may vary based on geographic location where the position is filled, and most new hires are not typically hired at the top of the range.
