HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
The ICS Regional Sales Manager will develop an assigned geographical market by growing and managing customers in the ICS Diamond Tools & Equipment Dealer/Distributor/Professional Market Segments. The primary responsibility is to drive customer demand and maximize product utilization of ICS Diamond Tools and Equipment effectively and efficiently through demonstrations, training, promotions, service, technical support, local open houses, and trade shows where required and appropriate.

This position will work remotely out of a home office in Toronto, Ontario

THE DETAILS:

Develop Dealer/Distributor/Professional Sawing and Drilling Contractors Geographical Market by Growing and Managing Customers and Sales

Drive customer demand through active product demonstrations & PK training and maximize product utilization of ICS Diamond Tools and Equipment
Develop strong customer relationships through promotions, demonstrations, training, service, and technical support
Develop new customers to align with market potential
Grow existing customers to achieve financial targets of unit volume and sales
Manage expenses to ensure return on investment meets business unit objectives
Manage customer payment activity and credit worthiness in cooperation with Credit Department

Communication and Documentation

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma or GED equivalent, BS/BA in Business or Marketing preferred

5-10 years of experience that includes a balance of the following:
Contractor field sales
Construction supply sales
Construction supply management
Manufacturing sales within the construction industry
Mechanical aptitude and operational confidence to service mechanized equipment
Superior construction market knowledge and comprehension

The Supply Chain Quality Engineer I plans and leads activities concerning quality planning and quality assurance of manufacturing processes, design qualification, materials, sourced products and projects. Key responsibilities include applying engineering disciplines to support design, development, implementation and operation activities; evaluating and improving processes for product development, testing and production; assessing vendors and assisting in their development of components, assemblies, etc. In addition, this role leads audits, process capability studies and validates quality assurance tool competencies. THE DETAILS

Lead supplier and part qualification activities, including onsite QMS and EHS&S supplier assessments and PPAP approvals, ensuring products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Partner with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to develop test plans, support design reviews, and enforce quality rigor throughout product development.
Drive supplier quality sustainment by reducing Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), managing MRB activities, and leading corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Champion continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing quality processes, supporting supplier scorecards and certifications, and leading special quality projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or quality engineering within consumer products or industrial environments.
Strong working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including PFMEA, SPC, Gauge R&R, process capability analysis, and CAPA; Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.
Hands‑on experience with ISO 9001 / TS‑16949 quality systems; Quality Engineer or ASQ certification and Lead Auditor experience preferred.

Technical Analyst II (Mont-Saint-Guibert, Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium)

The Technical Analyst II’s role is to ensure proper computer operation by maintaining personal computers, peripherals and network devices. This person acts as first level user support, solving basic to advanced technical problems, maintaining IS security administration. Participates in IT projects, analyzes and resolves end user hardware, software and network problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Provides end user training where required.

Provide End User Support (40%)

Optimize inventory ensuring the right quantity of the right product is at the right location at the right time to drive high service levels

Communicate availability information and resolve issues with suppliers and customers
Maintain data integrity for planning/purchasing MRP elements to facilitate exception-based planning activities
Create and maintain purchase orders, and production orders
Actively contribute to the SIOP process and review and execute on operations plan taking constraints into consideration
Set up master data for materials via CMA process including MRP data, info records, source lists, etc.

The Manufacturing Specialist III operates various hand tools and equipment to clean, powder coat, and assemble purchased, made, or preassembled mechanical parts into finished product. The Manufacturing Specialist ensures product quality using Bill of Materials (BOM), drawing specifications, work instructions, and documented procedures. Responsible for maintaining assigned workstation and tools. Assists with training Team Members on safe cleaning, powder coating, and assembly process and procedures. The Manufacturing Specialist continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes to meet customer demand.

DUTIES

Perform production operations including cleaning, powder coating, and assembly of products in accordance with documented processes, safety standards, and quality requirements, using hand tools, material handling equipment, and machinery.
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency by maintaining a clean and organized workstation, performing autonomous maintenance, following safety procedures, utilizing SAP for documentation and material tracking, and supporting root cause analysis of nonconforming materials.
Support production planning and inventory control by organizing work based on production orders, identifying and picking required parts, communicating shortages or stockouts, assisting with cycle counts, and covering other work areas as needed. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Education & technical background: High School diploma or GED required; coursework in Automotive or Advanced Manufacturing Technology (12+ credit hours) or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred.
Manufacturing & mechanical experience: 4+ years in a manufacturing environment with 3+ years of mechanical experience (e.g., small engine repair, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, presses, powder coating); experience with SAP and production systems preferred.

Under limited supervision, responsibilities include product line production scheduling, releasing purchase orders to suppliers for assigned SKUs, creating and releasing production orders to manufacturing, rescheduling orders, expedite orders from suppliers and manufacturing departments as needed. Drive Production Readiness: Own work order and purchase order execution from planning through completion—aligning material availability, capacity, and schedules to keep production running on time and on target.
Be the Supplier Conductor: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers—releasing, expediting, rescheduling, and resolving PO issues to meet demand, quality, and delivery commitments.
Master the Plan: Translate SIOP and ERP planning signals into action by maintaining accurate master data, monitoring safety stock, lot sizes, and priorities, and ensuring schedules stay synchronized across systems and the shop floor.
Fuel Change & Growth: Support ECOs, new product launches, special projects, and issue resolution (returns, discrepancies, rejections) with speed, precision, and clear communication across internal teams and external partners.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Supply Chain Savvy: 3+ years of planning, procurement, or supply chain experience, backed by a two‑ or four‑year degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent hands‑on expertise. APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a strong plus.
Data‑Driven & Tech‑Enabled: Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to analyze and present data, with experience navigating ERP systems such as SAP to manage inventory, planning, and procurement activities.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
The 2nd Shift Maintenance Tech II will perform tasks related to troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining industrial machinery, equipment and other facility resources, both inside and outside. Repairs and maintenance will support safety, cost, efficiency and quality.

THE DETAILS:

- Use basic problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment or facility. This includes, but is not limited to: Automated packaging equipment, warehouse racking, warehouse doors, dock plates, basic electrical, basic welding, basic woodworking, basic plumbing, basic hazard/waste removal.
- Use proper disassembly and reassembly techniques to repair tools, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic equipment.
- Isolate and identify equipment problem area(s). Identify additional testing required to determine complete problem / root cause.
- Setup Preventative Maintenance to reduce/eliminate future down time.
- Use Continuous Improvement techniques to help improve safety and efficiency of processes in all departments.
- Use knowledge of motors, wiring diagrams, schematics, and diagrams to complete documented maintenance depending upon production systems or equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, align, calibrate, inspect, and test variety of production systems and equipment.
- Participate in Preventive Maintenance (“PM”) and Total Productive Maintenance (“TPM”) programs.
- Keep PM and TPM records updated and organized.
- Maintain PM and TPM schedule.
- Establish good working relationships with vendors.
- Work with vendors to schedule any maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.
- Work with vendors to discuss improvements of the facility and processes, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency and cost savings.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Associate’s degree or Technical Certificate in Manufacturing Technology or a similar related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED required.
Demonstrate understanding and basic skill of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics troubleshooting and repair.
Welding skill with Arc, MIG and/or TIG preferred. Finished weld project is square, true, and free of sharp corners.
Demonstrate ability to keep current with continuously changing technologies related to safety, machinery and equipment, assembly related tools and testing equipment.

The Global Key Account Manager is primarily responsible for driving sales growth of Oregon Tool products within the OEM channel. The role manages a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, ranging from large, fast-growing global OEMs to established mature customers, as well as high-potential emerging accounts in the early stages of development. OregonTool APAC is looking for an experienced, energetic, and innovative Product Manager, APAC to our leading portfolio.
The person will be directly responsible for leading the organization to drive short- and long-term growth of product line revenue and profitability. This position will be primarily responsible for portfolio management, new product development, new product launches, competitive positioning, and overall business performance of the product portfolio. He/She will work cross-functionally to do so and will report to the Vice President, APAC – Sales & Marketing.

Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

Create product drawings.
Based on product drawings, product samples and technical requirements, design stamping dies.
Complete detailed tooling design and prepare full engineering drawings.
Participate in die fabrication, testing, debugging, and optimization, resolving technical issues arising during the die-making process.

Collaborate with die fabrication, maintenance, and product design teams to ensure smooth project execution. Track die machining progress and quality issues, provide timely feedback, and drive improvements.

Expected experience and skill:

More than 4 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, tooling design, manufacturing, or related fields.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS/UG.
Capable of independently designing complete sets of stamping dies, with solid knowledge of die material selection and heat‑treatment processes.
Candidates with metal stamping die project experience, especially familiarity with progressive dies and compound dies, are preferred.
Understand die fabrication processes and inspection methods.
Able to match and select appropriate molds and equipment based on product characteristics.
Proficient in spoken English and email communication, with the ability to read English technical drawings and documents.

Director, China OEM Sales (Fuzhou, FJ, China)

This position could be based in either Shanghai or Fuzhou.

Primary Responsibilities

1. OEM Sales Strategy & Growth Leadership

Own and execute the OEM sales strategy for China, aligned with global OEM, product, and profitability objectives.
Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and margin performance across assigned OEM accounts.
Develop and manage multi‑year OEM account strategies, including volume forecasts, platform wins, and lifecycle planning.
Identify underserved OEM segments and emerging customers; define strategies to secure incremental and strategic business.

2. Key Account Leadership & Customer Engagement

Serve as the executive‑level relationship owner for strategic OEM accounts in China.
Build deep relationships across multiple levels of OEM organizations, including executive leadership, engineering, procurement, quality, and operations.
Lead structured engagement models including QBRs, joint business plans, executive reviews, and long‑term collaboration roadmaps.
Act as the senior escalation point for commercial, operational, and quality‑related issues.

3. Value Proposition & Solution Development

Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to develop customer‑specific, differentiated value propositions.
Translate OEM requirements into holistic solutions spanning product design, manufacturing capability, supply assurance, cost‑down initiatives, and innovation.
Clearly articulate and defend value beyond price in competitive OEM environments.

4. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Internal Orchestration

Lead cross‑functional collaboration to support OEM RFQs, NPD programs, platform conversions, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
Influence global and regional stakeholders without direct authority to ensure timely execution and accountability.
Ensure alignment between customer commitments and internal operational capabilities.

5. Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management

Lead negotiations of complex OEM supply agreements, including pricing frameworks, volume commitments, cost‑reduction mechanisms, and service levels.
Partner directly with Legal and Finance teams to structure, review, and finalize contracts in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Balance risk management, margin protection, and long‑term customer value creation.

6. Global Communication & HQ Interface

Act as the primary communication bridge between China OEM customers and global headquarters.
Communicate effectively in professional business English, both written and verbal, with global senior leadership.
Prepare and present executive‑level business updates, strategy reviews, and investment cases.

7. Leadership, Talent & Organizational Impact

Provide leadership and direction to OEM sales resources in China (direct and/or matrixed).
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
Coach and develop talent; contribute to succession planning and capability building across the OEM organization.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of progressive experience in OEM sales, key account management, or commercial leadership.
Proven success managing large, complex OEM accounts and multi‑year commercial relationships.
Demonstrated ability to build and deliver value‑based solutions, not just transactional sales.
Strong experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.
Strong English language proficiency required for global executive communication.
Experience operating in or leading China‑based OEM environments.

Outdoor Power Equipment, industrial, or engineered products experience preferred.
